32 weeks - just keep growing, growing, growing

I'm singing that headline like Dori from Finding Nemo. If you know what I mean, you rock. :)

Here are a few pics to document today's milestone of 32 weeks.

Along with the pics, here's what's happening:
  • My clothes aren't fitting as well. I feel like a whale. This sometimes makes me cry.I'm tired. And I'm swelling.
  • I have stretch marks - but not on my belly. Enough of that.
  • I'm getting really excited about meeting Asher. I keep wondering who he's going to look like. Will he come out looking just like our son, a perfect mesh of the best of Rusty and best of Kira? Agh, I can't wait!
  • Baby shower is this weekend. Totally looking foward to that.
  • I nested this weekend. By planting new flowers, organizing bathroom drawers and other strange things.
  • Birthing class continues tomorrow night.
  • Sleep isn't so fabulously easy to come by anymore. And I love sleep. Rusty asked me last night if he could have one of my pillows (I currently use 2 body pillows, 2 regular and an orthopedic knee pillow) to put on his head to block my snoring. I adamantly said no. Or I dreamt all that up. In my defense, I need each one of these pillows; they are strategic.
  • I'm snoring - a lot. I wake up with my throat all swollen and it scares me.
I'm certain I don't always paint the fairest of pictures of being pregnant. It really is an amazing adventure, with lots of amazing moments. But, I'm going to be realistic, it is so not like the movies and TV shows paint it out to be. At least not for me and most of my friends.

But, yay! We're going to have a baby soon!
